Today in India was the world debut of the new Zenfone Max Pro M1. Asus in partnership with Flipkart revieled a new phone here specially for the Indian Market.
The phone comes with Snapdragon 636, a very powerful SOC with custom Kryo 260 Cores with 8 cores made on the 14nm FinFet process. It has Adreno 509 GPU and CPU is clocked at 1.80 GHz. This is 1.54x faster than the Snapdragon 625. It is 1.03% faster than Note 5 Pro.
The phone comes with 5.99 inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio and contrast ratio of 1500:1. Max Pro has 2.5D glass on the front with metal all-round.
The phone comes with Dual Camera Setup (13+5 megapixel) 13 megapixel main camera and 5 megapixel depth sensor with Softlight LED flash. This depth sensor enables bokeh mode even in the night. To the front there is a 8 megapixel camera with the same flash as there is on the rear.

The phone comes with a huge 5,000 mAh battery. Asus promises 30 mins faster charging with the charger included in the box than the 4,000 mAh battery of Redmi Note 5.
The phone comes with Stock Android Oreo 8.1 with promise to updates to 2 major updates but the Android One support is not there. It comes with 5 magnet speakers as compared to 3 magnet speaker with NXP amplifier with a Max box amplifier accessory free in the box which increases the audio up to 2 times.
Max Pro contains a Triple SIM Slot that means you can put 2 nano SIM cards and a memory card at the same time. As expected it comes with a face unlock feature and fingerprint sensor to the back. It supports 4G VoLTE.
MaxPro comes with 3/32GB at a price of Rs.10,999 and 4/64GB at a price of Rs.12,999 with expandable storage up to 2TB in Black and Titanium Grey colours exclusively on Flipkart from 3 May. An upgraded version with 6/64GB with 16+5 megapixel rear camera and 16 megapixel front camera will be launched soon at a price of Rs.14,999.
